When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm KSA ship the same working day. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days within Saudi Arabia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the GCC and to selected international destinations. Duties calculated at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free in Saudi Arabia for orders over SAR 350.
Returns
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
How do I start a return?
